Terms and Conditions for Retail Customers

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Our products are high quality and as such we do not offer any guarantees or refunds. However, occasionally pieces will go missing on the factory floor.  In that event, we make every attempt to replace the missing piece.  Please provide a picture of the puzzle and mailing address to media@standoutpuzzles.com.  We will respond right away.

Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Customers

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless other arrangements are made when the order is placed.  If we are unable to fill your order in that time frame, we will contact you by email or phone.

Minimum wholesale order is 16 puzzles (1 case) – buyer’s assortment.

Wholesale orders will be shipped with the carrier offering the best value and best service standards.

Orders of 64+ puzzles are eligible for free domestic shipping.

All first orders must be prepaid by credit card or e-transfer prior to shipping.

Net 30 terms will be offered on subsequent orders as long as the privilege is not abused.

Any refunds/returns due to damage in shipping must be brought to our attention in writing to orders@standoutpuzzles.com with pictures to support the claim.
